Megane 2 CC 1.9 DCI Engine Vibration at Idle

Hi, I am new to this forum as I am a proud owner 
of an exceptionally maintained Megane CC 1.9DCI which almost had its entire engine rebuilt including the Turbo, injectors, intercooler etc. Previous owner is a mechanic and a very passionate one at that. He has remapped this engine to produce close to 105 KW with Dyno results to prove it. I am happy with the car except for the fact that the engine vibrates badly at idle and it softens out a bit after the engine heats up but this vibration is still present. This creates all sorts of interior clunking noise which I hate. Has anyone else faced the same issue? I dont think its the DMF as the engine vibrations dont change with the press of the clutch and I doubt that it could be the injectors as they are 5k Kms old as well. The previous owner has invited me to his garage to check it out as he had not used it much after he rebuilt it. What are your thoughts guys?
