Electric Window Fault

HI all,

Some advice please: my CC is now 11 years old, I had the electric window fixed my Renault a couple of years ago whilst it was still covered by their 10 year and under good will offer. This summer one of the other windows failed, so I contacted Renault to ask them if there was any way they could extend their good will offer. Needless to say they refused. I was miffed at this and after several letter of complaint etc. I decided to take them to court and make a small claim against them. This claim is still in progress and prior to going to court I have now been offered by Renault a 50% contribution for the repair. My question is should I take the money and run or hold out for a 100% contribution either via settlement or in court?

Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
