Front seat, access to back seats and return.
Basically should the front seats return to their original position once you have let someone in the rear? My passenger side seems to have a small plastic part in the slider that had like a metal spring blade on the top where as on the drivers side has it attached to the seat slider. Both seats don't go back to position which is a pain.

Re: Front seat, access to back seats and return.
They are supposed to but as being French they are very temperamental.
My passenger side works ok, driver side not always.
Seems you have to move the seat first until it clicks into position and is locked then tilt it, it should then till n slide forward it should then slide back to its last postion and click into place. I am trying to think now if I just push it back or push backrest into position and then slide back I can't think, 6ft tall so not many people sit behind me.
When it does not lock its a pain in the bum as it slides the full length of runner back n forward and will not lock so passenger has to get out so you lock it and start the silly seat process all over again. ..
