Temp sensor

Can someone tell me where the internal temperature sensor is for the climate control is please and can you test it at all

Center of dash behind the hud. Look towards the screen you will see a round disc set into the plastic panel this is the internal temp sensor it measures screen temp.
To get at it a sharp palm of hand clout to thd hud display case will pop it out of its spring clips you can then lift it and disconnect hud the front panel by the screen also lifts up.
Beware though the chances of squeks are quite high after from the hud surround as the spring clips wont be as tight it can be a bit annoying speaking from experience.
