Cardboard Tray

Hi everyone, does anyone know if it's possible to replace the "cardboard tray thing" (which is directly under the windscreen in the engine bay) with a replacement or if possible a plastic version? Thanks in advance

Hi It's not cardboard it's soundproofing! But does anyone know if it can be removed or replaced? Perhaps i can take off the wipers and plastic weathertray and replace it? Anyone know why it's always wet? Is this a coomon fault with CC's? Any help would be appreciated
