High speed braking shaking
I've only had my CC for a week and finally got chance to do a run on the motorway , soon as I hit the brakes at 70 it seem to wobble a bit , not unstable just something my old banger never did . Now I did have to put the tyre pressure up to 36psi from what all I can think of was my dealer leaving the pressure at 26 psi to disguise the hard ride . Could the pressure affect the braking ? New to renaults and loving them

Re: High speed braking shaking
Renault and hard ride two words I wouldnt have put together especially with CC as well. Wobble could be down to any number of things from supension parts worn to duff tyres if it wobbles through the steering main culprit under braking is worn/warped discs. Thats where I would go first u an also have a vood look and shake whilst its I the air for any play

Cheers for that , it's not so bad now I've had a couple of motorway runs now , must have been not used much for months .
