Rattling, windows and keyless entry

I recently purchased (three months ago) a 56 plate Megane CC with 80k miles on the clock, and noticed a few problems that are more irritating than anything else.

Firstly, the locking buttons on the doors stopped working after possibly the 3rd time of locking the car with them. This is on both the driver's and passenger's door. This didn't bother me too much but after only just discovering I can drive without even taking the key out of my bag by accident (getting out of the car and wondering where my key was, and how the car started without me taking it out of my bag) it can get annoying as I have to take it out to lock it. Recently, the locking button on the boot has been temperamental with whether it will lock the car or not. Today, I noticed that the keyless entry is not unlocking the car, which is one of my favourite parts of the car (this is what happens when your previous car was a featureless old banger). It started to work after a while but I don't want it to get worse.

Secondly, there are some really irritating rattling sounds with the roof up and down. One is the passenger sun visor, which stops rattling for a second or so if I push it upwards towards the roof or pull it down. Another is somewhere in the dashboard when I have the roof down and my music loud enough to hear it above the cabin noise. One I noticed today is possibly the back seats rattling around, or somewhere around there as I wasn't able to check.

Thirdly, the seals on the windows were covered in moss so I removed the moss, and the windows started to squeal when putting them up and down. I applied silicon spray to the seals, and now I get streaks on the windows two months later. The squeaking is fixed and the windows seem a tad less clunky when moving, but still sometimes sound like they're struggling to move. Also, the rear window on the driver's side does not do anything when using the switch underneath the window, will only go down with the switch on the driver's door but will move with the central button that does all windows. My mechanic has checked the switches and wiring but cannot see an issue with it.

Also, two small ones here - the wind deflector seems to pull the casings out of the holes, even when put upright. When putting the wing mirrors in or out, they sound like they are struggling and clunk around.

Has anyone had any of these problems and do you know of a good way to resolve them? I want to do some aesthetics modifications to the exterior of the car (bumpers and wheels) but would like to sort underlying issues out first.

My driver side button key is a little temperamental too, and passenger side has never worked for me but I thought that was by design. I figure the driver side one has a dry sold joint that is a bit iffy.

How did you clean the moss off? Need to do the same on mine. Same age!
