In dash cd removal

Hi
I need to get my radio and cd changer out of my 57 plate cc

The radio comes out about 1/2 way then will not come out any further. Can't get to the wires at all no matter which way I pull it.

I think the wires may be holding it or trapped?

I thought I would see if I could get the cd changer out but that is a problem too. I have tried to find what removal keys I need but can't find this info anywhere..... Even searched the manuals on here without luck.. There appears to be 2 longer slots in the front of the unit

Any one have any ideas on this please?

Hi Darren,

I have the most basic CD radio in the 53 plate hatch. It was ages ago when I needed to pull it out; I think, it was pretty much straightforward, as in the manual. I can't remember the details.

Thanks Alex, it's not the radio single cd I need to remove. That one has 4 holes and I have the removal keys for that. It's the Cd 6 changer I need to get out, that sits below the radio. It has 2 Slots rather than 4 holes, need to know what keys I need to remove it
