Passenger side window not flush

I am in the process of getting a Megane CC diesel. There are a couple of items needing sorted priort to me picking it up (Its a 2nd hand one)
i dont have any major problems how there is one small niggle that i am hoping the boards will advise me on. When I put down the roof and then put it back up
all is fine. However when I open the door to get out (Rather the misses does) and then close it I notice the electric window at the top of the door is not flush
with the rest of the car. If i open the window slightly and then close it again it resets itself so that its once again flush against the car. Is there are simple fix, is the
a design prob, or is there a problem here?
