space saver wheel

hi does any one know if there is a space saver that will fit my 56 plate megane convertable 
Hi I beileve that Renault do not supply one , but Im sure you can get a VW Golf mk 11 I think but not sure . However you can buy yourself a proper spare from ebay which I did which I did and then just made a new boot cover buy cutting out the dip and placing a piece of board over it which I attached to the rest of the cover to make it flush with wheel. Or there is another alternative Renault do supply a flat boot cover but dear about £120 or so allthogh did see one guy supplying these on ebay with wheels see link below
