Hello all, just wanted a bit of advice/opinion on selling the Megane CC

Wife has decided that open top driving is not for her anymore and our 2.5 year old daughter does not like the roof of anyway <sigh>

So we now need to sell the CC, but not sure what to ask for it.

We bought it for £3500 4 months ago and not done much mileage in it.

It has had the wiring and regulators done for the rear windows which now work fine :)

It has all service stamps but not all the receipt info that goes with them :(

Looking on ebay I can probably expect for a 2005 diesel CC with around 97000 miles on the clock £3499 and below I guess, that being the top price I guess.

What do you think?...be brutal I dont mind.

I'd say go with what's out there, stick it up at £3500 but be prepared to haggle depending how urgently you want rid.

Don't sell to the first person who calls, and don't get pressured into a sale. Ready cash ('I'll go to the bank right now') doesn't necessarily mean you will get the best deal for yourself. Advertise widely.

I bought mine last month for £2,500.

It's a 54 plate, 77,000 miles. The original price was £2,750 but we talked them down a little.

Hope that helps.
