Does anybody know why I'm lossing 10 MPG on average since my new turbo has been fitted?
Used to average 45 but now it's 35?
If anybody knows please let me know thanks!

Which engine is it?

One thing it could be is the injectors, lack of servicing or stuff like that, but it all depends on different factors.

Is the new turbo definitely the correct one for your car?

Is it down on power too?

Is it running OK, no smoke from exhaust, etc?

Could well be because it is brand new so it is a bit tight at the moment see if your MPG starts climbing again after it has beded in a bit more, I take you have spoken the people who fitted it just in case it is starving itself of oil for some reason or some other problem, just in case the drop in MPG is not normal at least you have brought the fault to thier attention.
They might just say to you "oh thats normal for the first 500 miles or so" at least it puts your mind at rest then.

Another thing it might be is a blocked or dirty air filter, bad batch of fuel or faulty oxygen reader/ monitor/ sensor.

Another thing it might be is, has the ecu been re-set?
