open or close roof without starting the car

Is it possible to for example turn on the radio/open-close roof without starting the car with by inserting the card key and press start button?

Yes it is definitely possible.

so how is it done?

well you need to put the card key in the card reader,
Push the start/stop button without pressing in the clutch or brake.
The ignition should now be on and you can open /close roof or use the radio .
to switch it off , remove the key and press the start/stop button.
