The Mégane II Owners' Club

i have a megane 06 cc and i have a poor radio signal fm is not to bad but tends to fade in and out abit , unable to get any mw stations , i live in a good signal area , i have checked antenna on boot for loosness and corrosion and also checked connection to head unit , all appears to be good so now thinking bad connection somewhere else , any ideas anyone ????

I have the same problem, seems to be a crack in the cable where the hinge to the boot is, well at least that was the problem the last time the radio signal gave up. Seems to be a common fault but so far Renault are not owning up to it!
