What to ask for my megane cc 06 plate

hi my name is roddy i have an 06 plate megane cc 1.6vvt
with a full service history im the second owner from new
the car was an ex compay car when i bought it with 45,000 in the clock
i have had the car for 2 and a half years and i have only done 16,000 in
the last 2 years, so there is now just under 61,000 on the clock im selling
because i now have a mini cooper 61 plate from new, so no need for 2 cars now
i drive the car 3 days a week to and from work 5 miles there and 5 miles back so the car is only doing
30 miles a week just to keep it ticking over, so i was just wondering what to sell for.
i have only ever had 1 problem with the car and it was water coming in from the roof but was re-sealed
3 times over the space of 3 weeks because the first time and second time renault didnt fix first and second time
but got fixed the 3rd time and not a drop since
have the reciept in the log book for proof.
