HI i have a problem with my rear window, will the roof still work properly if the rear window is stuck in the upright position ?

Usually Yes it will, mine does and the rear window is now bolted in place, I did find with mine the motor had to be conected, I put it all back in with no lifter cables presed the roof up and got a service warning roof did not work, when I pluged the motor back in (still with no lifter cables) but powered so you can hear it turning the roof worked perfectly even with the rear passenger glass still up.
