how many litres of anti freeze does a 54 plate megane cc take?

Open the manual (the book that comes with the car) and read the section on 'fluids'.

It should not have "anti Freeze" as such in it as we know it, it should have what they call coolant, which is a pre mixed liquid, and under no circumstance should water or anti freeze be added to this liquid, if it needs topping up you should be buying the "coolant" for the top up.
The coolant has an anit freeze addative mixed with it already as well as lubricants for seals and pumps.
Add water or anti freeze you will ruin the coolant properties.
