Need a 30000 mile service, is £174 a good price? Includes replacing fuel filter, cabin filter If car has aircon, air filter spark plugs, oil filter, castrol quantum oil.

its good also ask them to lubricate the roof mechanism joints to prevent squeaks later

Would a 'normal' garage be able to do that, ie not a renault dealer?!

I would look for a renault specialist within your area, not to say normal garages cant do it its just I would rather them its just down to personal preference

I use a place called Ren7oaks which is in Sevenoaks (funny that). They have a website you should give them a call and ask for a price or if you want a cheaper deal ask if they can beat the price you have been quoted.
