I can't open my boot, electronically, or with the key.
I took to a local garage who tried to remove the lock mechanism from inside by lowering the roof ( I had the boot cover closed so the roof could be lowered)
They failed and closed the roof without putting the cover back so now I can't even access the boot, or lower the roof.
Any Ideas?
Can the rear seats be removed without lowering the roof?
Any other way of accessing the boot to put the cover back across so that I can lower the roof?
Any help appreciated

Ouch..
Unfortunately you can't gain access via the rear seats.. it's all metal.. it's hard enough running cables back there for a subwoofer..
It might be possible to fool the roof into thinking that the cover is over, but I don't know where the control unit is for it, so I couldn't tell you what wires to connect up..
The base of the boot is plastic, but it's all bolted in from the inside, so you couldn't even drop that down and get in that way..

Thanks for the reply.
I've spoken to a few garages and no one knows how to do this. I am going to have to go to a Renault garage, but even they seem unsure on the phone.
It must have happened to someone else at sometime.
