The Mégane II Owners' Club

Does anyone know if Megane CCs (06 plate) should have 2 operational rear fog lights? The offside one on mine lights up but although there is a bulb(which I've changed) in the nearside holder this doesn't light up. I suppose this could be a cost cutting measure, ie not connect the wiring to the N/S bulb but then why fit a bulb?

Same as mine and everyones I think, only one wired up.

One only. It should be on the driver's side. The other one should not work. That's normal.
