Creaking Windows

My new Megane CC front driver's window creaks quite badly after it is raised from a lowered position. The creaking lasts a couple minutes as the car moves or when the inside dooor trim is pushed if the car is stationary. Seems to settle in somehow and then is fine.
The passengers door does the same thing but not really that noticeable.
The windows are quite large so I suppose present a bit of a challenge for the raising and regulating mechanism.
Is this a common occurence or maybe an alignment issue?

hi yes i had the same poblem thay fixed it with a new reg on the first service
