Door handle button intermittant locking?

Hi all,
The wife went out in her cc and when she tried to lock the door by pressing the handle button, it didn't work. It locks from the boot and passenger handle. I have tried it again and it worked once.
Is it a known problem?,

I haven't an answer, sorry, but I'm merely suggesting that you also post your query in Ownership Problems as more members look there so you're more likely to get a response. Especially as any answer is likely to apply equally to all versions.
I hope you don't mind the interference.

I used to have the same problem up until a month or so ago. I found some corrosion on one of the pins in the plug for the door handle whilst i had the door stripped down. Cleaned it up and its worked perfectly since.
