radio code

i have the correct radio code in my renault docs, but when i put the code in "error" pops up on the screen, can anyone help?
i am putting the code in the correct way with the steering wheel control and the button underneith. :banghead

yerh but once u have finished putting in all 4 numbers hold the botton to move to the next number 4 a while and then it will register :cool:

well turns out the code in my documents was wrong, got the propper code froma nice chap on alfaowner site for free.

I enter the code and "hold~" the number 6 down on the head unit, it should then beep and accept the code
