How do I remove the door trim on CC, need pics

I need to adjust my window up a bit, about 5mm so that it seals properly when the door is closed. How do i remove the driver front trim, and how do I adjust the window. I need pics please or decent instructions. PLEASSSSEEEE

if you have the rubber plugs in the underside of the door, you can lower the window, remove the plugs and adjust the height with a torx screwdriver..

I got the directions wrong though.. clockwise to raise, anti-clockwise to lower..
