ENGINE FUSE BOX 07 Cabriolet

Gents,

I'm having a very hard time trying to access the fuse box in the engine bay. I've removed the two torq screws from the top cover only to find a mysterious box that CAN'T be moved (have tried everything) to access the fuses under it.

Pics attached - any help appreciated.

all before you can slide out second fuse box layer

What are the fuses for under there ?

I don't have a cabriolet, but wondering if the fuse for the parking sensors is in the engine fuse box?

Or can someone point me in the direction of a fuse diagram?

Can anybody provide a list of the fuses that are under the Battery please!

I am having problems with NS front and back windows packing up and also the cruise control/speed limiter not working and now the wing mirrors have packed in as well and I am trying to find out if it would be a fuse that controls these under the bonnet or a ECU???? Any ideas would be greatly received.
