A post and windscreen trim removal

I'm currently wiring in my dash cam, which I intend to postion in front of the rear view mirror facing though the windscreen.

I need to remove the plastic trim that runs across the top of the windscreen so I can run the cable. Will also be usesful for when I get DAB...

Its for a CC 2007 plate.

I think the roof side trims have to come off first you know above the side windows I think they just pull off as they are on clips, its a long time now since I took them off to get to my roof locking pipes as they burst where roof pivots that was 4 years ago so can't fully remember.
