Fuse Replacement Cigarette Lighter

The Fuse has blown on the Cigarette lighter on the Centre console,I can see the position of it on the side of the socket assembly,Can't see any other way of getting to it with out removing the whole Console assembly any one got any short cuts of bright ideas!

Just attacked the socket with some autosolvo contact cleaner,scotchbright and a couple of cotton buds we have contact! still a bit more cleaning to do but at least there is power.
