Hi, first post!
For my wifes Megane cc 1.9 DCi 120 dynamique, year 2004, and it has air con.
I have read in other forums here, that the blower fan / resistor pack is accessible if the glove box is removed and/or side panel.
Ive done that but cant find it!
I cant find instructions here for the cc model either, so maybe this is a first?
The 30A fuse is OK (even tried replacing it). All fan settings dont turn the motor, and as far as I can tell are not drawing much current through the fuse either (by removing the fuse, then placing a 15w bulb across the fuse socket, it doesnt light at all, in all switch modes).
Any advice or whereabouts of this elusive part?
Appreciated,
Tony

Re: blower fan removal
Hi Tony, I too am a new to the Megane forums and we also bought a CC 1.9 DCi last week.
Ours in for the resistor pack tomorrow.....will ask the garage where it is and how best to get to it. (just in case I need to do it myself at a later date.)
From what I can tell it depends on what type of resistor pack it is....they should be plugged in the side of the blower motor I think...but not sure.

Re: blower fan removal
I've just replaced the resistor "pack" myself.
I posted about it here: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=25964&p=137671#p137671
That video shows you what to unscrew etc, and where the bits are, but you really need to get your head in there with a torch.
It's a bit like assembling flat-pack furniture through a cat-flap with a torch, but no instructions..
Be prepared for some scrapes and bruises. Worth it though, or it would have been if the motor wasn't so damned noisy..
