Roof and rear windows not working on 2005 CC!

I would really appreciate some good advice with this.

The rear windows and the roof on my 2005 megane CC will not work - I have had the rear window mechanisms and all of the switches checked and they are all good. The dashboard used to say 'roof mechanism fault' but now it doesn't show.

Is there any advice you can give me? I don't want to waste any more money on auto electricians if it isn't going to fix the problem.
