under seat wires how can I fix this?

hi guys am new here and to my megane cc the just wondering how to fix this?
The rear windows don't work with any buttons front or rear
the roof button does nothing plus I don't even get any warnings nosie or any thing on dash
hope after the wires are sorted it will fix it lol
