Cc roof not closing / sealing properly.

No fault beepers , roof goes up and down as it should on the button but I can see daylight through the seal on the passenger side where the roof joins the windscreen. Not good news in January..... In Scotland..... Thinking of just going to the dealer. Bought the car from a used car dealer with warranty but bet the roof won't be covered. Any idea what this might be. It's the seal between the passenger side roof 'rail'? and the windscreen.

Went to local Renault dealer who said they couldn't help and to try and find a body shop that could do the seals. Not what I expected.

Check the locking mechanism there are two make suee the passenger side one is not stuck open not sure how they operate hydraulic or electric seem to think hydraulic but I think these two locks pull the roof onto the seal and as said if maintained, stick.
Worth a look before next down pour.
