folding roof parcel shelf

Hi I'm new to the forum and recently had a problem with the parcel shelf not going down when roof is folder in the boot side flaps fold ok but main shelf doesn't go down cables still seem to be intact just wondering if they could possibly be slack and if there was any way to check this thanks in advance

The cable won't be suspended against a boot lid hinge bracket , it's behind the side boot carpet . The sleeve for the cable is French designed to the highest standards and costs over £30 . It's supposed to break so Renault can charge you £69 for a diagnostic to tell you it has broke just you will be put off buying one of their new boring cars that have windows that seal . If you try to find any information on the assembly online you will be met with security equal to military jet design. I love my car but the flap pisses me off. Does the boot lid lower unevenly? If so like mine ,if u push the boot down to straighten it then the flap catches up. If someone on here could do a how to video for YouTube it would prevent Renault stealing money off us all.
