Re: power wing mirrors
I replaced a cracked electric mirror casing on my 406 with one from a breaker with manual mirrors, the casings were identical so it was just a case of swapping the internals over.
The big issue will be whether the loom to the door has existing power for mirrors, you may be able to tap into the courtesy light feed if not but no idea how you'd adjust the passenger side without the correct loom.
Even with the loom you might still need to get the functionality in the BSI enabled with CLIP, but I'm only guessing.

You should try the peugeot forum I asked a question about passenger window problem. Quite a common issue apprantly yet last look 60 hits no reply.
To be honest I dont think therw are that many technical people on here any issues seem to be resolved by booking into a garage more than DIY of course they can't come back with a fix as they didn't do the job.... the garage did.
The cc seems to be one of those vehicles the public dont repair unfortunately.

Re: power wing mirrors
Fitted power mirrors to a fiat Bravo, and seen many power mirror housings.
the fiat! had manual mirrors, but the loom was in the door for the power, the mirror came with the cables hanging out of the mount as most power mirrors do you offer up the mirror push the cables through in to the door and mount the mirror, plug it in inside fit the switch and hey presto power mirrors.
Not Sure if Renault would put the extra loom in the door I kind of think they would, best way to find out easily would be to track down the loom for the switch 1st if that is there then the rest will be as well.
Persoanlly, I would just change the coloured mirror caps and mount the electric mirrors, as pulling yours apart and trying to change over motors is a bit long winded. I supose on hind sight to fish around for the switch conector you would remove door panel anyway so also whilst there have a look for the plugs to the mirror usually tucked some where around the hindge side of the door.
Hope this helps a little

Re: power wing mirrors
Comment I can give:) just not a very useful one as I don't know.
What I do know is that a generic topic title like "power wing mirrors" just gives me the urge to click on it and see what the question is.
