Hello all. I know someone must know the answer! Put a new heater fan in, and it works fine when testing, but when fitted in the casing under the dash it stops. If I do manage to get it going it sounds like an old cement mixer. Any ideas? Starting to go nuts trying to work out why. Thanks.

Not sure but could it be a leaf tuck in there? Try removing the filter and get a vacuum and suck what ever you can out and try again.
