Water leaking from the roof

Hi.. I recently purchased Megane CC, 2008 reg, 1.6 VVT dynamique .. However, after enjoying driving with roof down since last week, I took the car for washing and and I notice water leaking from the roof ( near the drivers seat window)..Someone in the forum suggested to use silicon spray?..how does this work and how to apply...

Secondly, I changed the battery as soon as I purchased, because the car was not in use for a while and the battery was dead... But after changing the battery the car radio/ stero stopped working and asking for a code.. I asked the previous owner and he told me since he never had the need for the code, he dosing know ... Can anyone help me with this ?

Thirdly there is lot of rattling noise from windows and seats while driving roof down ..is this normal ?

There are many products to stop the rubbers going brittle, there are people who suggest a silicone product and others who say avoid.
I did a lot of research on this and I still am not sure.
The product below is on ebay, I did message the guy about this and he said it contains a silicone carrier... Make your own mind up !

The radio code can be obtained from renault for a fee .. If you have the wallet with the service book it should be in there

The noise you refer to ,rattles, squeaking etc is quite normal, if you lube the rubbers it will help. There's a fair bit of stuff on the forum on this if you search.

Not sure if your interior is leather? If so I get noises from my seats also

take the radio out and post a photo of the label for the radio code

Hi, if you have an android phone you can download an app for free. You need the security number on the side of the radio. Enter it in the app and you get the code. Simples
