16" Wheels removing centre cap problem

Hello all, hope someone can help.

Trying to get the centre caps off my wheels and they have what looks like a special type of locking wheel nut key just to get the centre cap off (not the wheel itself I have that locking wheel nut key)

Any ideas? (can post a pic if it helps)


Also, I think my wheels are 5 stud but have read that some meganes of the same age are 4 stud, is this correct?
