Brembo calipers on a megane cc

Hi peeps time to pick your brains. Freind is wanting to know will brembo calipers from a Renault 225 fit in her megane cc or would she need the whole disc etc

I would think you'd need the discs as well as they are bigger (312 vs 280mm at the front and 300 vs 240mm at the back).
Hopefully a more tech minded person will be along to offer proper help.

Thank you . I am not 100% but I believe I would have to change hubs and some other parts as the brembo have a different part that they bolt in . I have passed it on to mate she still googling away lol
