Engine stuttering

Hi there

I have a 2004 1.9 Dci Megane cc and since collecting it from the garage on Monday I have found the engine stutters under heavy acceleration?? Typically around 2.5-3k revs, like kangaroo juice in it!!
Anybody any ideas before I take it back to the garage??
