I did a walkthrough for this. You should be able to find it by doing a search.

You don't have to take the bumper off if you don't want to.
it can be done by removing the caps instead, bit fiddly but possible, you will need to remove the center on 1st, you can see how it fixes by looking under the rear of the car with a torch, once this is off the outer caps come off quite simply only struggling a little where the curve up towards the rear lights (not much play to see clips).
There is a large plastic grommet on the rear passenger side to feed wires into boot.
Not sure how long it took for mine as I painted the caps whilst they where off anyway, wiring was around half an hour, worked ok for me as I could drive the car with out the caps on whilst they dried.
I belive there are fixings behind the rear lamps so you would have to pop them out as well, possibly not that much differant to the front bumper, not sure where it would fix in the center though, possibly under that center cap.
Deffinatly a good purchase mind you, there cars are not the best at going backwards! considering you have all that glass, rear vision is awful most things disapear under that boot, I was sick of running my wheelie bin over!

I did mine without removing anything except the rear lights!
It can be done and it was easy peasy, I have a tutorial on here somewhere if you search my past posts...Good luck!
