looking at buying a cc dci, am utterly confused

Postby mrtc » Wed Jul 13, 2011 12:00 pm

Hi im looking at getting a megane convertible diesel, im not bothered about it having leather interior but i am confused by a few things,

How do you which megane has fap?

Should i be getting a 1.9 or the 2.0 dci?

Can you get towbars for the cc's?

Thanks for all your help

Personally I would go for the 2.0dci but they are very rare. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but I think the emissions of the 2.0dci is very similar to that of the 1.9dci. If not slightly less.

I have heard of them, they where supose to have superceeded the 1.9DCi to give it a bit more kick, going back a few years now so it must be around 2007 ish. Not many around so they hold thier price.

no idea how good they are most people seem to have 1.9DCi as for FAP I think the age you are looking at they will all be FAP (DPF)
And towbars, yes you can, spotted a CC pulling a caravan a week or so back.
