Hi folks,
I bought some silver T-Cut silver color fast remover to repair a few minor scratches but I haven't tried yet as I am a bit afraid of making things worst as the product apparently works on the first layer of paint to uncover the second.
Does anyone tried this product before?
Thanks
Has anyone try T-Cut color fast scratch remover?

If in doubt try it somewhere inconspicuous first. For example the door shut or the B pillar or under the back bumper.
Most scratch removers and polishes work in the same way - removing the top layer of paint. Some are more abrasive than others. If you're careful you should be OK.
I haven't tried this one myself so I can't comment on this particular product. (I worked for Tetrosyl for 6 six years and vowed never to put another penny in their pockets - not a great or enlightened employer - so I use Autoglym usually)

thanks. I wonder if I should use something less abrassive before.... Most of the scratches are small but they are quite many as you can imaging from a 7 seven years old car

Personally not a big fan of Coloured cuts n polishes over lacqure they never really look right, as you are colouring a clear coat not the paint. usual general rule of thumb is if you can feel the scratch with your nail then it isn't going to cut out.
