Re: Gear Knob inserts.
My knob insert arrived today in the post. Very easy to get it out. And the new one popped in very easily. A massive improvement. Cheers for the recommendation.

Easy arn't they to pop out, suprised me as well! did he charge you 6 Euro as well for postage!
Never realised they where off the upgrade, fair play to Renault on acting on a problem then, pity they don't make them availble over the counter now.

Am sure I read on here somewhere you can buy from renault and they are £50 +. Yes he did charge 6 euro but the envelope was stamped 2Euro. Makes a big difference though so quite pleased with the result. Changing the whole knob can bring a lot of nightmares.

2 Euro isn't that strange mine was 0.75 on the stamp, typically French I supose it is what it is on the day..
£50 + is a lot of cash for a bit of plastic, I think ours works out some where around £23 with post, so still quids in; which is what counts!

Thats main reason why I went for it. Cost and the annoying look of the old Knob. So cheers again. There defo is a market out there for them.
