Mk3 Clutch Master Cylinder Supply Pipe

Does anyone know if a replacement clip is available for where the master cylinder supply pipe connects to the master cylinder, see image. Or does the whole pipe need to be replaced as one.

I was changing the cabin filter recently and since then the clip doesn't seem to fully attach and there is some fluid leaking from it, I'm thinking that when changing the cabin filter it got knocked an a seal may have been displaced. Anyone have any other tips?
