Megane Radio, CD possible issue.

Can anyone help?
My Megane radio, when you put a cd in, on the tomtom screen is shows "track 1" you can then move tracks on the steering wheel stalk, but if you press the "T" button on the radio you then get track names shown on the tomtom screen, but then you can no longer move tracks on the steering wheel stalk, instead you have to use the buttons on the radio to move up and down track list, is this normal?
It's not a big issue just want to make sure that is is either:
1) A issue with the set.
2) A user issue, as in I am not doing something right with it (I don't think its this)
3) No issue, this is how it works normally.
Just find it strange if its Number 3 why it moves up and down on track number but not on track name from the stalk.
