Engine oil and antifreeze choice HELP

I've got a Renault Megane 1.6 Generation VVT 2010 (44k miles) and I've noticed the antifreeze and engine oil need a top-up/change and I'm unsure what products to use.

1. Antifreeze - could you help me clarify which type is the most appropriate one?
Eurocarparts recommended me some "waterless" antifreeze (https://www.eurocarparts.com/p/evans-po ... -993778002)
Halfords recommended a pink OAT (https://www.halfords.com/motoring/engin ... e-2-litres)
RenaultPartsDirect says Glaceol RX Type D (https://www.renaultpartsdirect.co.uk/pa ... nt-type-d/)

2. Engine oil - what engine oil viscosity does Renault recommend for my particular vehicle? I can't find this anywhere
Eurocarparts and Halfords recommend various different types (eg 0w30, 5w30, 5w40, 10w40) - I am not sure which one to choose
I have never really understood the true meaning behind the different specifications, I understand the fact that the number before the "w" is the oil viscosity in cold weather (so the lower the number the less viscous the oil is at low temperatures) and the number after the "w" is the viscosity at 100 degrees Celsius (so the higher the number the higher the viscosity at high temperatures) - please correct me if I am wrong

Please would you be able to advise me with which products I should get?

Thanks
