Dynamique tomtom Sat Nav not responding and radio problem.

I searched through the forum but to no avail I could not find what I was looking for.
Sat nav shuts out on me withouth warning leaving just the time and temperature on display? Im not getting any radio information/ track information on screen at all although the radio does come ok and works. Ive pulled out the radio, checked wires, checked the fuses and even changed the radio and the lcd display and it still didn’t solve the problem. There seems to be no communication with the radio and display
Much help will be greatly appreciated!!
Btw I updated the carminat sd card!! I took it to renault for a diagnostic even they didn’t fix it they were saying I needed an a new antenna?
(I bought the car with no antenna)
