R link/screen freezing/locking out/computer

Hi guys and girls,
I’ve just bought a Megane 3 2017 1.5 dynamique. The car is fantastic, so much bang for your buck and a really great feel and drive. However, the screen/computer seems to lock out. It’ll let you use it for whatever you want but always ends just freezing on whichever screen you have open. The sat Nav etc still works when this happens through the drivers dials and the radio will still play but anything through the screen just won’t work as it gets stuck. I’ve done the updates and this doesn’t seem to of helped at all. There’s no visible damage to it. I’m going to book it in with the dealership but wondered if any of you have had the same/similar issues ?
