Center Bore: 66.1 mm
Lug Size: M12 x 1.5
PCD: 5 x 114.3

ET is dependent on the rim width
7" rim ET 49 (can cope with 225 wide tire)
7.5" rim ET42 (ideal width for 225 wide tire)
8" rim ET36 (ideal width for 235 wide tire, the 225 looks just a little stretched)
8.5" rim ET30 (I doubt it would fit without any mods)

the tire you need is 225/40R18 and that has only 0.1% diference to the stock 205/50R17 tire regarding circumference. and the tire is widely available.
