Replace rear light cluster 59 plate Megane Coupe

Hi, I recently smashed my rear light cluster. I have the replacement part but can't remove the damaged cluster. I have removed the small external screw and the two internal nuts but the cluster won't budge - any ideas? Thanks

Sorted! The manual is right: unscrew internal bolts then small screw outside on the small black cover DO NOT remove the external black cover separately as it's clipped to the cluster. The whole cluster then pulls smoothly backwards however you may need to pull the top internal bolt too as the cluster sits quite tightly. The connection unclips easily. When replacing the clusterit needs an extra firm push to get it to seat back correctly. It was as easily as that and there's no clips etc that can be broken during replacement. Phew Cluster cost £41 with bulbs delivered from JH Cars Ltd Lanarkshire
