Error Code P1453

Had the engine light come on today & a message saying to check injection system.

As I have just replaced oner of the injectors I initially thought it was something to do with that but a little bit of Googling suggests that it could be one of the DPF pressure differential hose right round the back of the engine, primarily the black one which splits.

Has anyone else had this issue with a 1.5dci & any tips for the best way to get at it, change it?
